薪酬管理是企业管理内容中最重要的一个方面,如何充分发挥薪酬管理的激励作用,激发员工工作热情和潜能,推进企业长久发展,一直是企业探求和思索的重大问题。笔者结合建筑施工企业的自身特点,通过对薪酬管理理论、建筑施工企业薪酬管理不足的系统分析,对建筑施工企业如何充分发挥薪酬管理的激励作用提出了建议,以期对建筑施工企业薪酬管理激励作用的发挥提供有益借鉴。
Remuneration management is the most important aspect of enterprise management content.
