对178例年龄≥60岁老年人24小时动态心电图分析示:总异常率为97%;随年龄增长,心律失常尤其严重的心律失常发生率随之增高;发现老年人心律失常72%是由器质性心脏病所引起,提示对老年人心律失常应予重视.认为动态心电图对检出无症状的严重心律失常及心肌缺血是有价值的.
Analysis of 24-hour Holter ECG in 178 elderly people aged 60 or older showed that the total abnormality rate was 97%. With the increase of age, the incidence of arrhythmia, especially serious arrhythmia, increased. 72% of the elderly patients were found to have arrhythmia Caused by a qualitative heart disease, suggesting that attention should be paid to the arrhythmia in the elderly.It is considered that Holter monitoring is valuable for detecting asymptomatic severe arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia.
