激光脉冲法测量热物理参数,具有试样小、速度快,且一次实验可同时获得比热(C_P)、热扩散率(α)和导热率(λ)三个参数的特点。本文对实验装置和实验技术进行了研究和改进,并应用电子计算机对一些影响测量精度的因素作了必要的处理和修正,获得了较为满意的结果。在-196℃至室温的温度范围内,测定了铁、镍等金属的三个热参数。测量结果表明α、C_P和λ的相对均方误差分别在±6%、±4%和±8%以内。
The laser pulse method is used to measure the thermophysical parameters. It has the advantages of small sample size, fast speed, and the ability to simultaneously obtain the three parameters of specific heat (C_P), thermal diffusivity (α) and thermal conductivity (λ) in an experiment. In this paper, experimental devices and experimental techniques were studied and improved, and some of the factors that affect the measurement accuracy were processed and corrected by using electronic computer. Satisfactory results were obtained. Three thermal parameters of metals such as iron, nickel and the like were determined over a temperature range of -196 ° C to room temperature. The measurement results show that the relative mean square error of α, C_P and λ are within ± 6%, ± 4% and ± 8%, respectively.
