我段自1978年以来,曾发生过三次运行中电流互感器起火烧损。这不仅造成互感器报废,更严重的是易引起机车火灾,后果危险。检查烧损原因,有的是因3CX 插销损坏,机车出库时虽发现但来不及更换,未安插销出库。乘务员以为仅只主电流表不显示,打算用看六个分流表来代替,不料引起了互感器起火。有的是更换插销线时与外电路联接点没有锡焊,只是用钳子将两股铜线拧在一起,致使线路接触电阻增大,引起互感器烧损。另外,互感器的烧损均是因副边绕组在开路或高阻负载下工作而造成的。
Since 1978, I have had three burn-in tests of current transformers in operation. This not only causes the transformer to be discarded, but more serious is the locomotive fire which can cause fire and the consequence is dangerous. Check the burning reasons, some because of 3CX plug damage, although the locomotive was found out of the library, but too late to change, not a pin out of the library. Flight attendant thought that only the main current meter does not show, intend to look at the six shunt table to replace, unexpectedly caused the transformer fire. Some is replaced when the pin is not connected with the external circuit soldering tin, but with pliers will be two shares of copper wire together, resulting in increased line contact resistance, causing transformer burn. In addition, the transformer burnout is due to secondary windings in the open circuit or high impedance load caused by the work.
