以聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)和聚乙二醇(PEG)混合作为软段,采用溶液预聚法制备了聚酯/聚醚混合型聚氨酯。通过傅立叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对其结构进行表征,并测试了透湿率(WVP)、表面接触角、吸水率、力学性能,与聚酯型聚氨酯、聚醚型聚氨酯进行了比较探讨。试验结果表明:随着PEG分子质量的增大,混合型聚氨酯薄膜不仅具有较好的透湿率,还具有较好的力学性能。
Poly (butylene adipate) (PBAG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were mixed as soft segment to prepare polyester / polyether mixed polyurethanes by solution prepolymerization. The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The properties of WVP, surface contact angle, water absorption, mechanical properties, And polyester polyurethane, polyether polyurethane were discussed. The experimental results show that with the increase of PEG molecular weight, hybrid polyurethane film not only has good moisture permeability, but also has good mechanical properties.
