激光微区光谱分析是研究微细样品成份的有力手段。我们用LMA-1激光微区光谱分析仪研究了辅助火花激发对谱线强度的影响,运用空间分解法测定了辅助火花激发时各元素的原子线、离子线的强度分布。
Laser micro-spectroscopy is a powerful tool for studying the composition of fine samples. We used LMA-1 laser micro-spectrometer to study the influence of the auxiliary spark excitation on the line intensity. The spatial distribution of the atomic and ion lines of each element during the auxiliary spark excitation was determined by the space decomposition method.
