目的探讨氨基甲酸乙酯对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响,为制订食品安全标准提供实验依据。方法设氨基甲酸乙酯0.17、0.83和1.67 mg/kg·bw 3个剂量组,同时设阴性对照组(蒸馏水),从细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核巨噬细胞吞噬作用及自然杀伤细胞的攻击作用和免疫器官的脏体比五方面观察氨基甲酸乙酯对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果与阴性对照组比较,氨基甲酸乙酯1.67 mg/kg·bw剂量组能明显抑制Con A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力、NK细胞活性和降低溶血空斑数(P<0.05);氨基甲酸乙酯3个剂量组对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能和胸腺/体重、脾脏/体重比值均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论氨基甲酸乙酯对正常小鼠免疫功能具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of urethane on immune function of normal mice and provide experimental evidence for the development of food safety standards. Methods Three doses of urethane (0.17,0.83 and 1.67 mg / kg · bw) were given, and a negative control group (distilled water) was set up. From cellular immunity, humoral immunity, phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages and natural killer cells The effects of urethane on the immune function of normal mice were observed in five aspects. Results Compared with the negative control group, urethane 1.67 mg / kg · bw could significantly inhibit the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes induced by Con A, the activity of NK cells and the number of hemolytic plaque (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in phagocytic function, thymus / body weight and spleen / body weight ratio between three groups of urethane (P> 0.05). Conclusion Urethane has certain inhibitory effect on the immune function of normal mice.
