腹膜间皮细胞瘤并发低血糖昏迷者少见,近年来国内报道仅5例。最近我院经临床,手术和病理证实一例,现报道如下。唐××,女,49岁,家庭妇女,住院号95783。于1985年8月3日入院。入院前一月于午夜突然大汗淋漓,继而昏迷,经静注葡萄糖40ml,清醒,此后常觉乏力、上腹胀、恶心、食欲减退、头昏,并不断发生类似昏迷,频繁喝糖水或西瓜汁可预防发作。入院前二周昏迷发作时血糖38～40.5mg/dl。回顾六个月前即发现四肢末稍,特别是甲床紫绀, Peritoneal mesothelioma complicated by hypoglycemic coma is rare. From then on, he felt fatigue, upper abdominal distension, nausea, loss of appetite, dizziness, and similar coma, frequent drinking of sugar water or watermelon juice. Prevents attacks. Two weeks before admission, blood glucose was 38-40.5 mg/dl during a coma episode. Looking back six months ago, I discovered that the extremities were slightly overwhelming, especially the purple bed of the bed.
