在“大众创业,万众创新”的新常态经济下,高科技人才作为浙江经济创新转型升级的重要资源,如何充分激发高科技人才自主创新的潜在动力是推动浙江经济全面转型升级的有利保障,同时也为国内其他区域高科技人才的激励提供具有非常重要的借鉴意义。从生态系统的视角,研究如何有效激发高科技人才自主创新能力的体系构建。
Under the new normal economy of “public entrepreneurship and universal innovation”, as the important resource for the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang’s economic innovation, how to fully stimulate the potential motivation for independent innovation of high-tech professionals is a favorable safeguard for promoting the full transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang’s economy , But also provide a very important reference for the encouragement of high-tech talents in other regions in the country. From the perspective of ecosystem, this paper studies how to effectively stimulate the system construction of independent innovation ability of high-tech professionals.
