本文设计的凝固酶干扰抑制试验 ,是用复方蛇床子水剂 ( 2 50g/L)对金黄色葡萄球菌 (金葡菌 )标准菌株进行前期诱导处理后再作试验 ,进一步探讨本制剂的杀菌能力。结果表明 :金葡菌在蛇床子肉汤中孵育后的凝固酶活力降低水平与在青霉素G钠肉汤中接近 (P >0 0 5)。与空白对照组比较 (P <0 0 1 ) ,差异有非常显著性意义 ,证明本制剂不仅能直接抑制、杀伤金葡菌 ,还能明显减弱其残余株的致病力。
The coagulation-interference inhibition test designed in this paper was performed after pre-induction treatment of the standard strain of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) with Compound Cnidium Acne (2 50 g/L) to further investigate the bactericidal ability of the preparation. . The results showed that the decreased level of coagulase activity of S. aureus after incubation in Cnidium bolus was similar to that in penicillin G sodium broth (P > 0.05). Compared with the blank control group (P < 0.01), the difference was very significant. It was proved that the preparation not only directly inhibited and killed S. aureus, but also significantly weakened the pathogenicity of its residual strains.
