本文研究了稀土对 Gcr15轴承钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,用稀土部分地代替铝脱氧,形成稀土夹杂物,这种夹杂物的线膨胀系数和轴承钢基体的线膨胀系数相近,从而改善了轴承钢的强度、韧性和接触疲劳性能。
This paper studies the effect of rare earth on the microstructure and properties of Gcr15 bearing steel. The experimental results show that the rare earth inclusions are formed by the partial substitution of rare earth with aluminum and the linear expansion coefficients of the inclusions are similar to those of the bearing steel, so the strength, toughness and contact fatigue properties of the bearing steel are improved.
