目的:探讨门诊护理中引起护理纠纷的原因,提出有效的预防措施。方法:回顾性分析2015年3~12月浙江省舟山医院发生的30例护理纠纷,找出纠纷产生的原因,实施有针对性的预防对策。结果:护理人员、患者及家属都与纠纷发生有直接关系,护理人员的违规操作、护理记录不严谨、责任心不强,患者及家属的期望值高均会导致门诊护理纠纷发生。结论:门诊护理人员应加强与患者及家属的沟通,按标准进行护理操作,有效减少护理纠纷的发生。
Objective: To explore the causes of nursing disputes in outpatient care and put forward effective preventive measures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of nursing disputes occurred in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province from March to December in 2015, to find out the causes of the disputes and to implement targeted preventive measures. Results: Nurses, patients and their dependents were all directly related to the occurrence of disputes. Non-compliance with nursing staff’s care record, lack of care record, low responsibility and high expectation of patients and their families led to outpatient nursing disputes. Conclusion: Outpatient nurses should strengthen their communication with patients and their families, carry out nursing operations according to the standard, and effectively reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
