目的掌握奥运场馆蚊虫携带西尼罗病毒(WNV)情况,预防和控制奥运会期间西尼罗病毒病的发生。方法采用CO2灯诱法进行蚊虫采集,选择VecTest试剂盒和Ramp系统2种快速检测方法,对WNV进行检测。结果2008年奥运场馆蚊虫密度比2006年、2007年有明显下降。奥运场馆主要蚊种为淡色库蚊,占96.94%。3年中对奥运场馆22275只蚊虫进行WNV检测,均为阴性。结论2008年奥运会蚊虫得到有效控制,未发现蚊虫携带WNV。
Objective To understand the situation of mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus (WNV) in Olympic venues and to prevent and control the occurrence of West Nile virus disease during the Olympic Games. Methods CO2 lamp induction method was used to collect mosquitoes. Two rapid detection methods, VecTest kit and Ramp system, were selected to detect WNV. Results The mosquito density of Olympic venues in 2008 was significantly lower than that in 2006 and 2007. The main mosquito species in the Olympic venues are Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 96.94%. In 3 years, 22275 mosquitoes in Olympic venues were tested for WNV, all of which were negative. Conclusion The mosquitoes in the 2008 Olympic Games have been effectively controlled and mosquitoes have not been found to carry WNV.
