目的分析2009年深圳口岸甲型H1N1流感疫情暴发早期监测的结果,阐明甲型H1N1病毒的传入特征。方法对深圳罗湖、福田地铁、深圳湾、皇岗、蛇口、文锦渡、大铲湾、机场、沙头角9个国境口岸出入境人员实行流感监测,对监测到的流感样病例采集咽拭子标本,并进行流行病学调查。运用WHO推荐的甲型H1N1实时荧光RT-PCR技术检测流感样病例的咽拭子标本。结果 2009年5月4日—2009年7月31日,深圳罗湖、福田地铁、深圳湾、皇岗、蛇口、文锦渡、大铲湾、机场、沙头角9个口岸监测到的流感样病例为2341份,其中,246份流感样病例的咽拭子标本中甲型流感病毒核酸检测阳性,检出率为10.51%;89份流感样病例的咽拭子标本中新型甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测阳性,检出率为3.80%。89份新型甲型H1N1流感病例中,男性54例,占60.67%,女性35例,占39.33%。早期病例年龄构成以50岁以下人群为主,其中,6~34岁人群最多,占总病例数的79.78%。89份甲型H1N1流感病例均为输入性病例。结论新型甲型H1N1流感疫情早期,深圳国境口岸监测到的输入性病例,从2009年5—7月,甲型流感病毒和新型甲型H1N1流感病例的检出率具有显著增加的趋势。
Objective To analyze the results of the early surveillance of outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) in Shenzhen Port in 2009 and elucidate the afferent characteristics of the H1N1 virus. Methods Influenza surveillance was conducted for the entry and exit of nine border crossings in Luohu, Futian, Shenzhen, Huanggang, Shekou, Man Kam To, Dacao Bay, Airport and Sha Tau Kok in Shenzhen. Throat swab samples were collected from the monitored influenza- And conduct epidemiological investigations. Throat swab samples of influenza-like cases were detected by the WHO A H1N1 real-time fluorescent RT-PCR technique. Results From May 4, 2009 to July 31, 2009, the number of flu-like cases monitored at nine ports of Shenzhen Luohu, Futian Metro, Shenzhen Bay, Huanggang, Shekou, Man Kam To, Da Chan Bay, Airport and Sha Tau Kok was 2341 , Of which 246 cases of influenza-like cases of throat swab specimens of influenza A nucleic acid detection was positive, the detection rate was 10.51%; 89 samples of influenza-like throat swab specimens of new influenza A (H1N1) virus nucleic acid test positive , The detection rate was 3.80%. Of the 89 cases of new type A (H1N1) flu, 54 were males (60.67%) and 35 were females (39.33%). The age of early cases was dominated by people under 50 years of age, of which, the population aged 6 to 34 was the largest, accounting for 79.78% of the total number of cases. 89 cases of influenza A (H1N1) were imported cases. Conclusion In the early stage of the outbreak of new type A (H1N1) influenza, the imported cases monitored at the border crossings in Shenzhen showed a significant increase in the detection rate of influenza A (H1N1) and new type A (H1N1) cases from May to July in 2009.
