随着社会的发展、民主法制的健全和刑事犯罪的变化,刑侦工作面临的压力越来越大。坚持刑侦专业化道路,是新世纪新阶段刑侦工作发展的必由之路。构建现代刑侦警务机制,重点要在队伍专业化、责任区刑警队专业化、预审办案专业化、刑事情报专业化、刑事技术专业化和刑事信息专业化上下功夫、求突破。同时要正确处理好近期目标与长远目标、专业化与正规化、加强专业化建设与发挥整体优势等方面的关系,确保刑侦工作专业化建设出成效。
