目的探讨多层螺旋CT在60例小肠疾病中的临床诊断效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月本院收治的60例疑似小肠疾病的患者作为研究对象,全部患者均进行胃肠道造影和多层螺旋CT检查,将扫描结果与病理检查结果比较,分析多层螺旋CT诊断价值。结果多层螺旋CT检查方法的定位率、定性率均高于胃肠道造影检查方法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。炎症性疾病的诊断率为95.00%(19/20),肿瘤性疾病的诊断率为100.00%(21/21),肠梗阻的诊断率92.86(13/14),其他疾病诊断率为80.00%(4/5)。提示,多层螺旋CT对不同小肠疾病的诊断率均较高。93.3%的患者自我感觉评估无其他不适感的,提示多层螺旋CT检查在检查过程中不会增加患者痛苦,可行性高。结论多层螺旋CT对诊断小肠疾病的诊断率较高,且操作简单,方便,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT in 60 cases of intestinal diseases. Methods Sixty patients with suspected small intestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent gastrointestinal angiography and multi-slice spiral CT. The results of the scan and pathological examination were compared. Analysis of multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic value. Results The localization rate and qualitative rate of multislice CT examination were all higher than those of gastrointestinal tract examination. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The diagnosis rate of inflammatory disease was 95.00% (19/20), the diagnosis rate of neoplastic disease was 100.00% (21/21), the diagnosis rate of intestinal obstruction was 92.86 (13/14), the diagnosis rate of other diseases was 80.00% 4/5). Tip, multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of different intestinal diseases were higher. 93.3% of patients feel no other sense of self-evaluation, suggesting that the multi-slice spiral CT examination in the inspection process will not increase the pain of patients with high feasibility. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) has a high diagnostic rate for the diagnosis of small bowel diseases and is simple and convenient to operate. It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
