针对当前瓦斯治理基于人工操作所存在的缺点,结合祁南煤矿713工作面底板岩巷穿层钻孔结合顺层钻孔预抽模式,研究并开发单一突出煤层瓦斯治理辅助设计系统。该系统集治理方案智能化辅助设计、施工反算及验收为一体,保证达到预期的瓦斯治理效果,解决人工操作的缺点,同时为规范化、程序化的进行瓦斯治理提供智能化支持。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current gas treatment based on manual operation, combined with the borehole pre-pumping mode of floor rock strata in No.713 working face of Qinan Coal Mine, the auxiliary design system of single coal mine gas control was researched and developed. The system integrates the intelligent design of the treatment plan, the back calculation and acceptance of the construction to ensure the expected gas treatment effect and solve the shortcomings of the manual operation, and at the same time provides intelligent support for the standardized and programmed gas management.
