遗传算法用于元件的设计和选型是目前研究的热门课题。采用遗传算法与 传统优化方法相结合的组合优化方法对文献[1][2]中提出的新型节能电磁换 向阀的电磁机构进行了优化设计,给出了优化设计数学模型及优化结果,并 对采用一般遗传算法和组合优化方法进行优化设计获得的结果进行了比较。 比较结果表明,采用组合优化设计方法对于新型阀用电磁机构的优化设计具 有寻优精度高,寻优速度相对较快的优点。
Genetic algorithm for the design and selection of components is currently a hot topic of research. The combination of genetic algorithm and traditional optimization method is used to optimize the electromagnetic mechanism of the new energy-saving solenoid valve proposed in [1] [2], and the optimization design mathematical model and optimization results are given The results of optimization design using general genetic algorithm and combinatorial optimization method were compared. The comparison results show that the combination optimization design method has the advantages of high precision and high speed of optimization for the optimization design of the new valve electromagnetic mechanism.
