随着全国消费日的确定后,消费者的权力问题越来越受人关注了,因为人们开始懂得自己的消费权力要争取维护好。但是在现实生活中,消费者的权利还是很难得到维护。而其中的原因就是消费者的权利没有得到合理的定位,到底哪些才是消费者的权利,以及怎样去维护这些合理的权利都还没有一份完整的定位范畴。本文就消费者权利在经济法的属性进行分析与探究,进而找出可以维护消费者权利的合理方法。
With the determination of the National Consumer Day, the power issue of consumers has drawn more and more attention as people begin to understand how to safeguard their consumption power. However, in real life, the rights of consumers are still hard to maintain. The reason is that consumers’ rights have not been properly located. In the end which is the rights of consumers and how to safeguard these reasonable rights, there is not yet a complete category of positioning. This article analyzes and explores the attributes of consumer rights in economic law, and then finds out a reasonable way to defend consumer rights.
