为探讨24小时脑电图(AEEG)监测对小儿热性惊厥的诊断意义,对118例热性惊厥患儿进行24小时动态脑电监测。结果,AEEG总异常率为40.7%,痫样波检出率6.8%。年龄≤2岁与>2岁组、体温>38.5C组与≤38.5C组、首发组与反复发作组比较,后者AEEG异常率明显高于前者(P<0.05~0.01)。提示,发作次数越多AEEG异常率越高。对AEEG异常和有痫样放电的患儿均应给以抗癫痫药物治疗。
In order to investigate the significance of 24-hour electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring in the diagnosis of pediatric febrile seizures, 118 patients with febrile seizures were monitored by 24-hour dynamic electroencephalogram. The results showed that the total abnormal AEEG rate was 40.7% and the detection rate of epileptiform was 6.8%. Age ≤ 2 years old and> 2 years old group, body temperature> 38.5C group and ≤ 38.5C group, the first group and recurrent group, AEEG abnormality rate was significantly higher than the former (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Tip, the more episodes AEEG abnormal rate higher. Children with AEEG abnormalities and epileptiform discharges should be treated with antiepileptic drugs.
