近些年来有关教师专业发展的研究横位曾一项热议的研究领域,许多学术研究者纷纷报道相关的研究成果,目前已成为一个新的专门研究领域。我国目前中学阶段外语教学的特点就是学生花费大量时间来学习和做题,但是成绩却并不理想。提高中学阶段的英语教学水平成为迫在眉睫的意见事。而提高外语教学水平的关键因素是外语教师专业素质的提升,因此,如何促进师范专科学校英语专业的发展,成为迫切探讨的问题。同时随着中学教育的发展,近年来一大批高校毕业生充实了中学英语教师队伍,他们是中学英语教学的生力军,他们的顺利成长关系着中学英语教育的可持续发展。因此,从中学英语学习看师范专科院校英语专业的优劣势,探索师范高等专科院校英语专业的现状和发展与具有重大的现实意义与理论价值。
In recent years, there has been a hot research field in the field of teacher professional development. Many academic researchers have reported relevant research results and have now become a new specialized field. At present, the characteristics of foreign language teaching in secondary school in our country are that students spend a lot of time studying and making questions, but the results are not satisfactory. To improve the level of secondary school English teaching has become an urgent opinion. The key factor to improve the level of foreign language teaching is the improvement of the professional quality of foreign language teachers. Therefore, how to promote the development of English majors in normal colleges has become an urgent issue. At the same time, with the development of secondary education, a large number of university graduates have enriched the English teachers in secondary schools in recent years. They are the new force of English teaching in secondary schools. Their smooth growth is related to the sustainable development of English education in secondary schools. Therefore, it is of great realistic and theoretical significance to see the advantages and disadvantages of English majors in normal colleges and universities from the perspective of secondary school English learning and to explore the current situation and development of English majors in normal colleges and universities.
