我国最初采用的中文期刊排架法大多都是单一排架法。主要的有:大流水号排架法、刊名字顺排架法和分类排架法。其中,刊名字顺排架法又分为笔划笔顺法、四角号码法和刊名音序法三种类型。大流水号排架法和刊名字顺排架法的突出弱点是同类期刊被分散排列,不能满足读者族性检索需要。分类排架法可以满足读者族性检索需要,但是期刊的综合性强,大部分期刊不能进行细分,还需要用其他排架方法配合来进一步个别化,这就导致了复合排架法的产生。 1.复合排架法
