促进拔牙创的愈合和防止牙槽骨吸收萎缩是目前临床上一个重要的研究课题。本试验采用自身配对设计方法,将脱钙牙本质基质(DDM)即刻植入拔牙窝内,观察比较植入DDM和不植入DDM组牙槽骨的高度和宽度的变化。结果显示DDM植入前后牙槽骨高度和宽度与非植入DDM组植入分别减少0.65mm,0.50mm和1.50mm,1.14mm,差异具有统计学意义。表明DDM在人体拔牙后即刻植入,可诱导骨的生成和促进拔牙创的愈合,预防或延缓牙槽嵴的萎缩。
Promote tooth extraction healing and prevent alveolar bone loss is a clinically important research topic. In this study, self-matching design method was used to implant the decalcified dentin matrix (DDM) into the socket immediately. The changes of the height and width of the alveolar bone in the group of DDM and no DDM were observed and compared. The results showed that the height and width of alveolar bone before and after DDM implantation were decreased by 0.65mm, 0.50mm and 1.50mm, 1.14mm respectively compared with non-implanted DDM group, the difference was statistically significant. DDM implants immediately after tooth extraction, which can induce the formation of bone and promote the healing of tooth extraction and prevent or delay the atrophy of alveolar ridge.
