目的探讨心理保健操对初中生考试焦虑的缓解作用。方法采用考试焦虑自陈量表,对江西省余干县某中学132名初二学生进行调查。结果(1)实验班与控制班训练后的考试焦虑和译码成绩差异有统计学意义。(2)心理保健操对译码的调控不同性别差异无统计学意义,但对考试焦虑的调控不同性别差异有统计学意义。结论心理保健操能有效缓解初中生考试焦虑,恢复认知加工水平。
Objective To investigate the relief effect of mental health exercises on test anxiety in junior high school students. Methods A test anxiety questionnaire was used to investigate 132 freshmen in a middle school in Yugan County, Jiangxi Province. Results (1) There was significant difference between test anxiety and translator scores after the training in experimental class and control class. (2) There was no significant difference in the psychology exercises on the regulation of decoding between different genders, but there were significant differences in the gender differences in the test anxiety regulation. Conclusion Psychological health care can effectively alleviate the test anxiety of junior high school students and restore cognitive processing.
