【摘要】中风保健药枕，借中药之辛散香窜挥发性而有机刺激头部腧穴，如风池、风府、哑门、大椎、太阳、翳风、角孙、攒竹、丝竹空、清明、阳白、头维、上星等，从而达到芳香开窍，醒脑开窍，破血逐瘀，消除血栓，息风通络，平肝降压，补脑安神。

　　1治法
　　白菊3kg，冰片20g，天麻20g，磁石、川牛膝各60g，全蝎、朱砂各10g，白僵蚕、乌梢蛇、地龙各20g，水蛭、虻虫各20g，乳香、没药、莪术、蒺藜、沙苑子各50g。
　　前面中药除去菊花、冰片、磁石、朱砂，其它药全部研成碎粗粉，和匀入枕应用。
　　
　　2用法
　　午睡或夜睡，有意识仰卧、侧卧、俯卧，令头部前后和侧头部充分接触枕头。借中药之辛散香窜挥发性而有机刺激头部腧穴，如风池、风府、哑门、大椎、太阳、翳风、角孙、攒竹、丝竹空、清明、阳白、头维、上星等，从而达到芳香开窍，醒脑开窍，破血逐瘀，消除血栓，息风通络，平肝降压，补脑安神。
　　
　　3疗效
　　经对1000例脑血管病人临床试用，疗效显著，有广泛的开发与深入推广价值。同时配合口服瘫立康和消栓防瘫液。其效更佳。
　　
　　4体会
　　方中菊花平肝疏肝明目，并疏散肝经风热，冰片芳香开窍，“急则治标”，共为主药。全蝎、蜈蚣、地龙、白僵蚕、乌梢蛇、水蛭、虻虫乃虫类药，有破血消栓、搜刺络道、平肝息风、镇痉之功。乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、天麻、牛膝、蒺藜、沙苑子乃草本植物或其汁液之分泌物，有活血化瘀、散风平肝之效。磁石、朱砂乃矿物，有平肝、滋阴潜阳、镇静安神之用。诸药共为辅助药，合而成方，确有平肝降壓、芳香开窍、养脑安神、消溶血栓、增加脑血流量之效。此保健药枕对脑血管病，如原发性高血压、继发性高血压、低血压、偏瘫、脑梗塞、脑淤血、脑血栓、脑萎缩、痴呆、脑动脉硬化症、神经性耳鸣、耳聋、更年期综合症、脑神经衰弱症、脑细胞坏死症、神经血管性头痛等有良好之治疗与保健作用。此“内病外治”，则与经云“有诸于内，必行诸外”、“治外即系内治”之医理不谋而合。
