目的观察奥洛他定对儿童过敏性结膜炎合并瞬目频繁的疗效。设计前瞻性病例系列。研究对象上海眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科连续的3~12岁瞬目频繁儿童97例。方法根据临床检查结果,按照引起瞬目频繁的诱发因素,将97例患儿分为单纯过敏性结膜炎(AC)组、AC合并倒睫组、AC合并儿童抽动症组、倒睫组、儿童抽动症组以及原因不明组,对AC组患者分别随机给予0.1%奥洛他定滴眼液,每日2次(n=35);及0.05%依美斯汀眼液,每日4次(n=32)。3周后随访瞬目症状的好转情况。主要指标瞬目频繁症状的改善情况。结果奥洛他定对合并有AC的瞬目频繁治疗有效率为80.43%,单纯AC组瞬目频繁治疗有效率为82.86%,明显高于依美斯汀组(75.0%)(P=0.01)。结论AC是诱发儿童瞬目频繁的最常见因素,起病早期应用奥洛他定眼液治疗可减轻和消除瞬目频繁的症状。
Objective To observe the efficacy of olopatadine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children. Design prospective case series. Subjects Shanghai Eye and Otorhinolaryngology Hospital ophthalmology consecutive 3 to 12-year-old blinking frequent children 97 cases. Methods According to the results of clinical examination, 97 patients were divided into three groups according to the inducing factors which caused frequent and frequent inducing factors: AC allergic conjunctivitis (AC) group, AC combined trichiasis group, AC combined children tic disorder group, Trichiasis group, children Tic disorder group and unexplained group, the AC patients were randomly assigned 0.1% olopatadine eye drops twice daily (n = 35); and 0.05% emamectin eye drops 4 times daily n = 32). Follow-up blink symptoms improved after 3 weeks. The main indicators blinking frequent symptoms of improvement. Results Olopatadine had an effective rate of 80.43% for frequent blinded AC with AC, and 82.86% for blinded AC with simple AC, which was significantly higher than that of elmestine (75.0%) (P = 0.01) . Conclusion AC is the most common factor inducing blinking in children. Oralitidine ophthalmic solution treatment can reduce and eliminate frequent blinking symptoms in early onset.
