通过对8V165/155发动机的分析,认为它存在着匹配不够好,空气量供给不足问题,改进的关键在于选用高性能的涡轮增压器。旁通放气是TV81K—1涡轮增压器与8V165/155发动机达成良好匹配的重要措施;脉冲转换增压系统是自行设计的单通道涡轮壳的TV81K—1增压器与8V165/155发动机达成良好匹配的又一项重要措施。本文着重于这两项研究,并具体地分析了整机性能所取得的改善。试验中采用CB—366燃烧分析器测得了工作过程的一些重要参数,还进行了排气压力波的测量。
Through the analysis of the 8V165 / 155 engine, it is considered that there is a problem that the matching is not good enough and the air supply is insufficient. This article focuses on these two studies and specifically analyzes the improvements achieved in overall performance. In the experiment, some important parameters of working process were measured by CB-366 combustion analyzer, and exhaust pressure wave was also measured.
