本文根据著者在西北某电厂调查研究的资料论述了煤种多变和煤质下降对煤粉炉制粉和燃烧的影响。文中首先综述了煤质特性的变化情况。本文把煤质下降归结为三种情况:①水份增加;②灰份增加;④露头风化煤。接着讨论了制粉系统所受的影响。这种影响表现在制粉系统的磨煤能力和干燥能力方面。最后本文讨论了煤粉着火过程所受的影响。这种影响表现在一次风量和风速,回流区的温度水平等方面。
Based on the author’s investigation and study in a power plant in Northwest China, this paper discusses the influence of coal variety and coal quality reduction on pulverized coal combustion and combustion. First of all, the paper summarizes the changes of coal quality characteristics. This article attributed the decline of coal quality into three cases: ① increase in water; ② ash increased; ④ outcrop weathering coal. Then discussed the impact of milling system. This effect is reflected in the pulverizing capacity and drying capacity of milling systems. Finally, this paper discusses the impact of coal ignition process. This effect is reflected in the primary air volume and wind speed, the temperature of the reflux zone and so on.
