利用YW-1型氩离子激光显微仪对PTK_1、PTK_2和人红血球细胞进行显微照射,最小有效损伤光斑仅0.5微米。细胞化学分析表明,在不用任何活性染料敏化细胞的情况下,激光照射能够破坏核仁内的DNA和RNA。
PTK 1, PTK 2 and human erythrocytes were irradiated with YW-1 Argon ion laser microscope with the smallest effective damage spot of only 0.5 μm. Cytochemical analysis showed that laser irradiation destroys the DNA and RNA in the nucleolus without sensitizing the cells with any reactive dyes.
