随着城市化进程的加快,建筑行业迅速崛起,建筑工程项目投资规模和建设规模越来越大,建筑市场化程度越来越高,市场竞争日益加剧。建筑企业若想提高市场竞争实力,获得最大化经济效益,必须做好施工造价管理控制工作。只有通过有效的施工造价管理控制,把施工造价成本降低在一定合理范围内,企业才能以有限资源,获得最大化利润,保证经济目标的实现。然而,当前很多工程项目中,建筑企业在施工造价管理控制方面存在问题,管理控制效率低,有效性差,如何解决这些问题值得研究。本文将针对建筑施工造价管理控制现存问题及对策展开研究,以促进施工造价管理水平的提高。
