山西硅会在改革中前进,先后制定出“优秀学术论文奖励办法”、“专业活动管理办法”、“经费开支管理制度”、“常务理事会工作制度”等七种行之有效的工作制度,进行了学术会议组织形式、会员管理、论文评审等五个方面的改革,取得了活动质量提高,组织建设速度加快,规章制度逐步完善、学会吸引力增强、经费自给有余的可喜成绩。一九八六年为会员办了七件好事: 1.举办了一期地方水泥新工艺新技术讲座,为117个单位培训技术力量264名。国家建材局高级工程师黄有丰同志应聘任教,中硅会咨询部副主任忻嵩义同志到会指导。
Shanxi Silicon will move forward with the reform and successively formulated seven effective working systems such as the Measures for Rewarding Excellent Academic Articles, the Measures for the Administration of Professional Activities, the Management System of Expenditure for Spending, and the Working System of the Standing Council, We conducted the reform in five aspects: the organization form of academic conferences, the management of members and the evaluation of papers. We achieved gratifying results of improving the quality of activities, speeding up the construction of organizations, gradually perfecting the rules and regulations, enhancing the attractiveness of our institutes and providing adequate funds for ourselves. In 1986, we organized seven good things for our members: 1. We held a first-class new technology seminar on new cement technologies and trained 264 technical personnel for 117 units. Huang Youfeng, a senior engineer of the State Building Materials Bureau, applied for teaching and guidance.
