目的评估3种对有或无金属义齿的健康个体进行腮腺脂肪测定的方法的效能。材料与方法经机构审查委员会批准后,签署知情同意书,114例志愿者均行1.5TMR成像。应用脂肪饱和(FS)与非脂肪饱和(NFS)快速自旋回波T1加权成像(T1法),FS和NFS螺旋桨扫描技术T2加权快速自旋回波成像(T2法),以及不对称回波迭代分解联合最小二乘法的脂-水分离梯度回波成像(IDEAL法)推算腮腺的脂肪含量。2名评定者通过检查脂肪饱和的均匀性,以确定腮腺的脂肪定量测量是否成功,并确定每种成像方法在114例受试者中检查的成功率。对3种成像方法均能成功定量检测的受试者,应用线性回归分析比较3组腮腺脂肪测量数值两两之间的相关性。结果应用T1、T2以及IDEAL法测量腮腺脂肪的成功率分别为87.7%(100/114)、87.7%(100/114)和100%(114/114)。3种方法测量的腮腺脂肪含量均值两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3种方法测得的腮腺脂肪含量两两比较均呈显著相关。结论 IDEAL法测定腮腺脂肪含量有较高的成功率,即便是植入金属义齿的受试者。
Objectives To assess the efficacy of three methods for measuring parotid fat in healthy individuals with or without metallic dentures. MATERIALS AND METHODS Approved by institutional review board, informed consent was signed and 114 volunteers underwent 1.5T MR imaging. Fast T1-weighted imaging of fat saturation (FS) versus non-fat saturation (NFS) T1 (T1), T2 weighted fast spin echo imaging of FS and NFS (T2), and asymmetric echo iterative decomposition Combined with least square method fat - water gradient echocardiography (IDEAL method) to calculate the parotid fat content. Two assessors determined the success of the quantitative measurement of parotid fat by examining the uniformity of fat saturation and determined the success rate of each imaging method in 114 subjects. All three imaging methods were successfully quantified in subjects, the linear regression analysis was used to compare the three groups of parotid fat measurements between the two or two of the correlation. Results The successful rates of parotid fat measured by T1, T2 and IDEAL were 87.7% (100/114), 87.7% (100/114) and 100% (114/114), respectively. The mean of parotid fat content measured by 3 methods was statistically significant (P <0.001). Three methods measured parotid fat content of any pairwise comparison were significantly correlated. Conclusion IDEAL method to determine parotid fat content with a higher success rate, even those who were implanted metal denture subjects.
