基于射频阻抗理论对重油的含水量进行快速检测的方法,研究了含水重油电介质的极化机理,对混合介质的介电常数进行了计算,并讨论了传感器的设计原理和温度补偿方法,最后对实验结果进行了误差分析.计算结果表明最大非线性误差为0.5%.该法为重油乳化实现经济燃烧提供了含水量检测的依据.
Based on the theory of radio frequency impedance (RFI), the polarization mechanism of heavy oil in water is studied. The dielectric constant of mixed medium is calculated. The design principle and temperature compensation method of the sensor are discussed. Finally, The experimental results have been error analysis. The calculation shows that the maximum nonlinearity error is 0.5%. The law provides the basis for water content detection for heavy oil emulsification to achieve economic combustion.
