研究目的:分析唐山地区既有铁路现状,结合城市总体规划和铁路中长期发展规划,贯彻“外货内客”的思维和总图多层次化的理念,对新线建设时机进行分析论证,对规划年度地区客货运系统进行多方案比选,研究提出唐山地区铁路规划布局和分期实施方案,以指导铁路建设,更好地满足唐山市建设发展的需要。研究结论:唐山地区格局为三纵六横布置;地区客运站按照两站格局,一主一辅,主要客站为唐山站,辅助客站为唐山北站;修建货车外绕线,实现“外货内客”形式;利用既有铁路富余能力开行8对市郊客车。近期建设津秦客运专线、蒙东煤炭下水通道、京秦城际铁路唐山北站至唐山站段,远期建设京秦城际铁路全线、滨海新区至曹妃甸城际铁路。

The recent construction of Jin-Qin passenger line, coal waterway in east Mongolia, Beijing-Qinhuangdao intercity railway Tangshan North Station to Tangshan Station, the long-term construction of Beijing-Qinhuangdao inter-city rail across the board, Binhai New Area to Caofeidian intercity railway.
