通过夹点技术分析了中国某延迟焦化过程的用能网络.从实际操作数据中提取该延迟焦化过程的用能网络,并通过问题表格法计算得到该网络的夹点位置、最小冷、热用能工程.由此,完成了该用能网络的夹点分析.研究表明,目前该网络用能并非最优,可以采用并提出某些改造用能网络的措施,实现节能.
By using the pinch-in technique, the energy-using network of a delayed coking process in China was analyzed.The energy-using network of the delayed coking process was extracted from the actual operating data and the location of the pinch point was calculated by the problem table method.
