每所军事院校都有人才培养方案,方案的高层决策者根据部队需要对军校学员进行塑形,使之成才。本文认为,这一过程可以理解为通过杠杆(即方案)将学员的各项素质提高到适应部队需要的高度,其难易程度则取决于杠杆支点的位置,学员营(队)干部就担任了这个支点的角色。如何确定支点的最佳位置则是本文将探讨的问题。
Each military academy has a program of personnel training. The senior policy makers of the program shape the military cadets according to their needs and make them successful.
