初中英语教学中的“两极分化”现象,一直是热门话题。时至今日,在我身边,“两极分化”不但未见减缓收敛,反呈愈演愈烈之势。根据我20多年年来的初中英语教学实践,以下方法可能会行之有效,基本能做到班级中不及格的学生数量得到有效控制,甚至减少,所以,我很想把自己的一些做法与大家分享:一、从教师的角度入手新目标英语在要求教师转变自身教育观念、教学方式和教学行为的同时,也要求学生转变传统的学习方法。加强对学生学习策
