独立柱的模板柱箍,型式颇多,大体上可分为双肢和单肢两种,从目前施工情况来看,独立柱的模板柱箍大都采用四根规格相同的角钢组成,两根为一组。一端用螺栓或销钉连接,能自由转动,另一端做成锯齿形或配以相互差位的二行长方形孔,安装时成对的固定在独立柱的模板外围,借助固定卡或销片卡紧。这类柱箍构造复杂,使用不便,且均为专用,根据我国施工企业大都是综合性的特点,专用设备的增加,一方面会增加企业固定资产值,另一方面会降低设备利用率。我公司704工程队在吴泾冷库施工中,采用脚手架钢管和扣件作为独立柱的模板柱
