目的 利用计算机对医院感染病例信息进行精确系统的统计分析 ,提高医院感染病例统计分析的速度及质量 ,有效地减轻感染管理专职人员的工作量。方法 采用目前世界范围内广泛应用的 Windows 95平台中 ac-cess作为支撑软件开发设计 ,录入界面按卫生部医院感染网络系统医院感染病例登记表设计 ,并增加了部分调查项目。结果 该系统已在江苏省省级医院推广使用。其特点 :录入项目全面 ,屏幕汉显 ,编码录入 ,操作简便快捷 ,查询修改功能完善 ,可适用于联网或单机使用 ,并备有病区上报医院感染病例子系统 ,1次录入医院感染病例信息 ,可同时输出包括卫生部网络上报表 (盘 )、江苏省网络上报表 (盘 )及医院内部使用的 3套 2 0张报表及图表。结论 利用 Windows 95设计开发的医院感染病例的计算机管理系统 ,提高了医院感染病例统计分析的速度及质量 ,有效地减轻了医务人员的工作量。
Objective To use computer to make accurate and systematic statistical analysis of hospital infections, to improve the speed and quality of the analysis of nosocomial infection cases, and to effectively reduce the workload of full-time infection management personnel. Methods The use of ac-cess as a supporting software development and design in the Windows 95 platform widely used in the world was adopted. The input interface was designed according to the case registration form of the nosocomial infection hospital network system of the Ministry of Health, and some investigation items were added. Results The system has been promoted in provincial hospitals in Jiangsu Province. Its features: entry project comprehensive, screen Hanxian, code entry, operation is simple and quick, query modification function is perfect, can be applied to the networking or stand-alone use, and is equipped with ward reporting subsystem of hospital infections, 1 case of hospital infection At the same time, it can output 3 sets of 20 reports and charts, including the report on the Ministry of Health network (pan), the report on the Internet in Jiangsu Province (pan), and the internal use of the hospital. Conclusion The computer management system for hospital infections designed and developed using Windows 95 has improved the speed and quality of statistical analysis of nosocomial infections and effectively reduced the workload of medical staff.
