目的研析以患者为中心的优质护理模式在门诊分诊护理中的医学应用效果。方法在我院实行优质护理管理工作,且应用到门诊分诊护理工作中,选择2013年1月~2015年12月我院接收的192例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组各96例,观察组则干预以患者为中心的优质护理模式,而对照组则按照常规的护理模式,然后对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果根据两组患者采纳不同的护理模式以后,发现观察组患者护理满意度为98.95%,而对照组护理满意度为62.50%,很明显,观察组优于对照组。且两组患者之间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建以患者为中心的优质护理模式应用在门诊分诊护理管理工作中,可以有效提升患者的护理满意度,缓解医患关系,促进患者更好地恢复,因此值得在医学临床上推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the medical application effect of patient-centered quality nursing in outpatient clinic. Methods The quality nursing management was implemented in our hospital and applied to outpatient clinics. A total of 192 patients admitted from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly Each of 96 cases. The observation group interfered with the patient-centered quality nursing model, while the control group followed the conventional nursing model, and then compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results According to the two groups of patients using different modes of care, the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.95%, while that of the control group was 62.50%. Obviously, the observation group was superior to the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Constructing a patient-centered and high-quality nursing model for outpatient clinic nursing can effectively improve patient satisfaction, ease patient-patient relationship and promote better recovery of patients, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice .
