从专家术语系统的社会化到常人经验的内化,是信息技术与日常生活进行交流的方式,同时也是信息技术自然化的进程。正是通过知识的扩散,专业知识内部与外部边界模糊乃至相互渗透,信息技术进入到常人经验的结构框架之中。日常生活的即时性与现实性,给予了信息技术不言自明的身份,使其变得越来越习焉不察,日常生活熨平了常人对信息技术的不信任。知识的扩散为揭示信息技术自然化提供了一种新的分析思路,它揭示出信息技术自然化的核心机制在于常人经验的内化。常人的经验知识与专家系统知识之间的沟通和交流成为我们日常生活中的重要进程。
From the socialization of the expert terminology system to the internalization of ordinary people’s experience, it is a way for information technology to communicate with daily life as well as the naturalization of information technology. It is through the diffusion of knowledge, the vagueness and mutual penetration of the internal and external boundaries of professional knowledge, and the introduction of information technology into the structural framework of ordinary people’s experience. The immediacy and reality of everyday life gives self-evident identity to information technology, making it more and more unreadable. Everyday life is ironed out by ordinary people’s mistrust of information technology. The diffusion of knowledge provides a new analysis idea for revealing the naturalization of information technology. It reveals that the core mechanism of naturalization of information technology lies in the internalization of ordinary people’s experience. The communication and exchange between ordinary people’s experience knowledge and expert system knowledge have become an important process in our daily life.
