辐射育种实践已经证明,利用~(60)Co-γ射线改造水稻生育期、株高等是有效的,而且辐射第二代(γ_2)是突变选择的重要世代。因此研究γ_2突变及其主要性状的遗传力和遗传相关对辐射育种是有意义的。辐射能诱发熟期、株高、株型、穗型、穗重、粒型、粒重、叶型、叶色等多种类型的变异。本文是对~(60)Co-γ射线不同剂量照射迟熟中籼泰引一号γ_2早熟突变的调查结果,同时把获得的早熟突变作为一个群体,对主要性状的广义遗传力和遗传相关进行了分析。
Radiation breeding practice has proved that the use of ~ (60) Co-γ rays to transform rice growth stage, plant height is effective, and the radiation of the second generation (γ_2) is an important generation of mutation selection. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the heritability and genetic correlation of γ_2 mutation and its main traits. Radiation can induce many types of variation such as ripe stage, plant height, plant type, panicle type, panicle weight, grain type, grain weight, leaf type and leaf color. In this paper, the results of the investigation of the early maturing γ_ (2) γ_2 mutation in different doses of ~ (60) Co-γrays were studied. At the same time, the precocious mutation was taken as a group, and the general heritability and genetic correlation of the main traits Analysis.
