目的探讨儿童恙虫病临床特征并分析本病的治疗效果。方法对2005年1月~2012年12月收治的50例恙虫病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 50例患儿均有发热,大部分发现有焦痂或淋巴结肿大;32例血常规白细胞正常或偏低,12例血红蛋白少于90g/L,12例血小板少于100×109/L。15例并发肺部炎症,贫血12例,呼吸衰竭2例,心力衰竭1例,中毒性肝炎12例,肾损害8例,多器官功能损害3例。治愈率为100%,无死亡及无复发病例。结论恙虫病可累及肝、肺、心脏、血液、神经等器官、系统,结合流行病学史及焦痂或特异性溃疡是确诊恙虫病的最重要依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of scrub typhus in children and analyze the therapeutic effect of this disease. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of tsutsugamushi disease admitted from January 2005 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 50 patients had fever, most of them had eschar or lymph node enlargement. 32 cases had normal or low blood leukocytes, 12 cases had hemoglobin less than 90g / L and 12 cases had less than 100 × 109 / L. Fifteen patients had pulmonary inflammation, anemia in 12, respiratory failure in 2, heart failure in 1, toxic hepatitis in 12, renal damage in 8 and multiple organ damage in 3. The cure rate was 100%, no deaths and no recurrences. Conclusion Tsutsugamushi disease can affect the organs and systems such as liver, lung, heart, blood, nerves and so on. The combination of epidemiological history and eschar or specific ulcer is the most important basis for the diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease.
