我科1982—1987年用利福平治疗肺结核病人324例中发生两例流感样综合征,现报道如下。例1女性,33岁,教师。患者1980年患肺结核用利福平、异烟肼等治疗3个月,病情好转,自行停药。于1982年4月4日因咳嗽、咯血,拟肺结核复发,住当地医院。次日晨空腹服利福平0.45g,约10时出现畏寒、发热、皮肤发红,6日下午拟猩红热,肺结核转我科。入院时体温38.6℃,皮肤出现猩红热样皮疹。入院后停利福平给青霉素治 Two cases of influenza-like syndrome occurred in 324 patients with rifampin in our department from 1982 to 1987 and are reported as follows.
