豫剧是目前我国覆盖面积最广、听众群体最为庞大的一个剧种,曾经23个省份拥有豫剧团的辉煌历史使它当之无愧地成为我国影响最大的地方剧种之一。而对于其“源”、“流”脉络的梳理,也成为学界始终关注的焦点之一。虽然,随着20世纪40、50年代以来豫剧各个流派的不断交流与融合,各支派之间的区别已经日渐模糊,但对它们历史上不同艺术流派、艺术风格、代表人物、学术价值的梳理对于今人认识豫剧仍大有裨益。笔者通过实地调查发现,目前,不仅“豫西调”依然存在,且其前身“靠山簧”、“豫西梆子”也与之并行发展。
