机械合金化制备的Fe—Si—Al合金的微结构及电磁特性研究

采用机械合金化方法制备了Fe-Si-Al磁性合金.用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及微波矢量网络分析仪分别观测了机械合金化过程中材料的形貌、相结构以及微波频率下材料的复介电常数和复磁导率.分析了机械合金化实验过程中材料特性变化的规律.实验证明,Fe-Si-Al的机械合金化有一最佳工艺条件,用机械合金化制备的Fe-Si-Al合金可作为新型的抗电磁干扰材料应用于电磁兼容系统.
