中国医科大学、沈阳第一制药厂、核工业部二院血栓病防治中心于1987年10月21日在京举行了“江浙蝮蛇抗栓酶临床应用交流会”。临床试用表明,蛇毒抗栓酶具有抗凝,去纤、溶栓、降脂、降压、扩张血管等多种作用,适用于脑血栓、血栓闭塞性静脉炎等的治疗。本品于1981年通过技术鉴定,治疗血管血栓病333例,其中脑血栓242例,有效率86.4%。近年来该药由沈阳第一制药厂投产后,扩大了临床应用,均收到了良好效果,尤对脑血栓
