当今的企业面临着日新月异的变化。企业开始重视人的价值,人力资源逐渐成为企业竞争优势的来源。人力资源胜任力是一种综合能力,它涉及知识、技术、能力、动机、价值观等多个方面,与人力资源部门“事务管理、运营管理、战略决策”三大职责相对应,并与组织文化和组织战略紧密相连。人力资源胜任力的提升不仅可以提高人力资源部门的工作绩效,而且可以有效提升组织的竞争能力。因此,企业必须重视和努力提升人力资源胜任力。
