目前广泛应用姜黄素比色法测定植物样品中的硼。姜黄素比色法虽有较高的灵敏性和准确性,但是手续较繁,条件又不易控制,测定结果的重现性较差。因此,姜黄素比色法并不是测定植物样品中硼的理想方法。近年来,四氟硼酸根(BF_4~-)电极已广泛应用于水、土壤、硼钢、海洋沉积物以及镀铬液等样品中硼的测定,但将BF_4~-电极用于植物样品中硼的测定还未见报道。本文提出用BF_4~-电极测定植物样品中的硼。植物样品经灰化后用0.2N H_2SO_4溶液
Curcumin colorimetry is widely used to determine boron in plant samples. Although the curcumin colorimetric method has high sensitivity and accuracy, the procedures are complicated and the conditions are difficult to control, and the reproducibility of the measurement results is poor. Therefore, the curcumin colorimetric method is not an ideal method for determining boron in plant samples. In recent years, tetrafluoroborate (BF 4 -) electrodes have been widely used for the determination of boron in water, soil, boron steel, marine sediments, and chromium plating solutions, but BF 4 -electrodes have been used for boron in plant samples.
