肾上腺皮质激素(以下简称激素)合并化学疗法治疗肺结核近年来已日益增多,为了观察激素对血行性肺结核病的疗效,特对本院住院病人中之急性及亚急性血行播散型肺结核,采用激素并用化疗治疗的病例近期疗效进行总结。临床资料急性血行播散型肺结核95例,分激素组49例,对照组46例。两组的性别、年龄、病期基本相同。病变性质及范围近似,其中男32例,女63例。年龄14～69岁,以21～30岁年龄组为最多。亚急性血行播散型肺结核35例,分为激素组16例与对照组19例,两组的性别、年龄、病期基本相同,病变的性质及范围相近。其中男17例,女18例。年龄15～58岁,男女皆以21～25岁年龄为最高。
